Nestled on a quiet residential street in suburban Brisbane, L.P.O. neighbourhood wine store opened in 2025. Moving into a space previously occupied by the local post office, from which L.P.O. gets its namesake, the store specialises in small batch, boutique and natural wines that are unlikely to be found at mainstream bottle shops. Wines are available by the glass, with a rotation of daily drops for tasting, encouraging people to take time out, enjoy a glass and take home a newfound bottle.
The clean, simple brandmark lets the product and diversity of wines in store do the talking. Typography reflects the store’s personality — down to earth and approachable, with a hint of refinement and elegance that speaks to the good things in life: drops to be enjoyed and shared. The graphic wine-bottle houses invite the audience into the local community to sip, sample and share L.P.O.’s eclectic offering. Natural tones reflect the warmth and minimal plywood finishes of the space while hinting at its leafy suburban location.
